Organic Ropsemary Bread from Wholefoods!!! Could it be any better ingredients than this!? : Organic wheat four, Filtered water, Organic Olive oil, Sea Salt, Organic Semolina flour, Organic Canola Oil.
Yup, I pulled it out to get the ingredients list.
“Hey, it’s Vegan! We can eat this!” We got pretty excited.
When we ate it, we got even more excited!!! It’s fluffy, rosemary-y, yummy! We’ve been just eating bagels, and we do love bagels, but fluffy bread a bit toasted, is so good. Most fluffy bread has eggs in it and we don’t eat them. But this bread! Amazing!!

And the dipping olive oil, makes it so easy to eat even more…
Dipping Olive Oil:
Mix: Olive oil, dried oregano, olives and capers and a bit of the juice, sea salt. And if you have it, red pepper flake, dried garlic, dried basil, parsley.
You can use fresh herbs, but I got home with this bread and I jsut wanted to eat the bread ASAP. So I only used dried ones, this is done while you are toasting the bread lightly. And I do wish I had dried rosemary! Yummmmmm

I’ve been really into Taiwanese “素食”. I’m actually thinking about visiting Taiwan! And my friend told me about this Taiwanese Vegetarian restaurant in Flushing, I was so excited I went this weekend!!
Well, the picture is blurry as I mentioned on the entry before. At first I thought it was just me being really bad at taking photos, but, I guess it wasn’t just that! :P
I also tried to take a pic of the restaurant from outside but, being in the dark and the neon sign wasn’t helping, so, no pics of the outside, but got photos of the food!! :)
Appetizer: Veggie Nori Maki with brown rice

And we got Sasame Veggie Chicken and Veggie Chicken Curry Casserole, or something like that.

YUM YUM YUMMMMMS!
There were so many things I wanted to try, it was such a hard decision! So many yummy sounding food in menu, so little tummy. well, not that little, but you knoww what I mean, I can’t eat the whole menu at once! :P
I was so excited to eat the vegan cheesecake, but they were out, I guess I’ll be back soon!! :)
Whitney said the Sesame veggie chicken was the best veggie meat dish he’s had! But it sure was really good, I was excited to see that on menu, since I always see “Sesame Chicken” at any Chinese restaurant but I can never eat it since it was actual meat. But, I could finally try the Sesame Veggie Chicken! Thank you, Happy Budda!!!
I’ll be back to eat your dessert!!

I love love love grocery shopping. I say it’s my hobby along with sewing. And I found these vegan friendly guys! :)

They look like squidy. The ingredients were good too, I think the main ingredients are taro potatoes, and didn’t have chemicals either.
And I made stir fry.

do you see them on the right? They were very very chewy. I would eat it again, but don’t think it’ll join our staple at our dinner table like the veggie duck who did join :P
And the nuggets!

These guys are already flavoured. I just stir fried them with some veggies.

I think these are good for lunch, but not for dinner for me since it does have kind of a junky flavour :P But who doesn’t crave junky food, not me, I crave dem once in a while! So, it’s good to have this at lunch and eat more natural veggie food for dinner :P
Thank you for stopping by my blog! :) See you again soon!!

Rei-chan, Whitney and I went to Chennai Garden to get some southern Indian food on Saturday! Sorry, Reichan, Southern Indian Food isn’t known for naan!
Totally vegetarian and totally yummy!
It’s nice that the place is totally vegetarian and kosher if you eat kosher, but it’s so kind that their menu has little sign on all the dishes that has dairy. So we didn’t have to ask which ones are vegan, we could just look at the menu and decide! :)
And it was sooo good! I’ve always been a Northern Indian food fan, but, this place, I totally wanna come back and try other dishes!!
Though it wasn’t a great idea to eat the left over 2 days after! :P
