I referred to this recipe (米粉バナナパウンドケーキ)

And this is how I tweaked it,

Vegan Banana Pound Cake

Ingredients: A

  • 2 Bananas
  • Brown Sugar 30g
  • Vegan White Sugar 30g
  • Oil 50g
  • Rice Milk 70cc

Ingredients: B

  • Rice flour 70g
  • Whole wheat flour 60g
  • Corn Starch 30g
  • Baking
  • Powder 1/2 TBSP (Try using 1tbsp since mine didn’t rise as much)
  1. Mash the bananas with a folk. Preheat the oven for 350F (180C)
  2. Add the rest of all A ingredients in the bowl, mix well.
  3. Add B to the bowl, and mix really well (the original recipe said it’s ok to mix well because it’s rice flour)
  4. Pour it into a loaf pan (mine was 9 1/4X5 1/4X2 3/4) And bake for 35 minutes, test by putting a stick in it and if it comes out clean, it’s done!

It was crazy easy! I will try with more baking powder next time to see if it gets bigger! Thanks for the original recipe! :)

It was like ‘putting rice in the bottom of the bowl to eat all the sauce left” – good!

Today I was craving vinegar for some reason, so I decided to make vegan ‘subuta’- sweet and sour pork, with soy meat chunks.

It was super easy, I didn’t remember it to be this easy for some reason, I guess I will be making this more often now! :)

And the soup that this kempers love!

Bookcover for a friend!
His request was, he likes Vintage-y, brown, so I made this ;)

I’ll make this for any size of a book, I just need measurements.

He’s holding it upside down though!

Can’t show you much since it’s a gift order!

I hope she’ll like it!
Not knowing her enough is harder to decide fabrics and size. It makes me a bit anxious!

Gotta finish get this to him asap so he can give her in Christmas! ;)

I’ll put a pic after Christmas!

I like this fabric,  subtle leopard but in navy!

It’s natural waist, very flattering.  2 pockets in the side.  Fully lined,  bodice is lined with cotton material, and the skirt with slick material. Skirt has the good flare and gathers.

Ruffles on princess seam and armhole, and the waist band on front has the detail with the piping.

The back has the bow with the navy polka dot fabric. Zipper as the closure.

Very cute with long necklaces!
It’s a cutsey dress! Mini, definitely cute with tights and boots, or high heels when going out.

Oh I forgot to take a pic if the back but we will take them with the big camera soon!

And I’m rocking my au naturel hair today, cuz I was not going anywhere today! :P

Bodice lined with cotton material , 2 pockets on the side, pom pom on the front princess seam,  bow on the back princess seam. Zipper on the back with hook ans eye. Elastic on the top for better fit.

Very cute with tights and boots,  cute on top of a deep scoop neck top too! And also cute under long cardigan!

The material is a good look for fall / winter but you can pretty much wear this all season depending on what you pair it with.

Bodice: cotton twill
Skirt : vintage poly, Jersey poly
Lining : cotton pucker little flower print

The last pic with kurosuke, I look goofy but jolly! I was trying not crash him while I’m in the dress :P stretchy kurosuke!
