Hello everyone! I guess most people started working today, first day to work in 2009! In January, there’re many “NEW” things, and it’s exciting and kinda nervous too! But I hope you’re having a great time! I hope I get to meet more wonderful people this year! :) And, I hope I can go home to Japan sometime this year to spend time with the wonderful people I already have too!
Today, I worked on adjusting the patterns from what I’ve made a while ago, I’m gonna work on making the sample tomorrow. It’s like the one I made last week, but, a little bit different. But, it’ll be more like this one!

hanahattori Sailor Dress
It will be with different fabrics, but i love this dress too! I hope you like them as much as you do too, I’ll have them ready for you very soon! :)
Have a wonderful, wonderful week, everyone!
love,
hana

Vegan meals of today! We’re eating the Tofu burger again, yes, and we will be eating them until they’re gone, AKA, for a whole week! :P

Vegan lunch
I made veggie soup to go with the Tofu burger. I put many kinds of root vegetable,(which is very good food to eat in winter! ), and it tasted so sweet just from the veggies, and was very heart warming(ほっこり). Soup makes me feel so relaxed. I feel that way more when I’m drinking miso soup, that’s where a very Japanese person inside me comes in, a Japanese girl drinking miso soup and feel so relaxed. haha :P
And the Tofu burger is the same as yesterday, very simple, just cabbage and the condiments! This simple Tofu burger makes me smile when I bite into it, and makes me happy eating it….jolly burger, I should rename.
Dinner, we are still eating Chinese inspired dish, today, I made
Gyoza with veggies and oatmeal, TVP and such. I’ll skip the recipe today.

Vegan Dinner
I made
Gyoza with wings (羽付き!) today!
And this thingie again…

Yomogimochi
My grandma used to make them, and those were my favorite
Omochi! She’d go get mugwort(よもぎ)from outside and make them. Hers were my favorite, …and
Onimaju that my aunt makes!! I got a full tummy as usual, but very fulfilled! :)
I hope you had lots of lots of yummy food today, and have a wonderful day tomorrow!
love,
hana
