It’s been 2 years since the devastating day that you passed.

We’re still sad but we’re happy with one another. Hopefully not too soon but I’m looking forward to the day I can be with you again.

Vegetarian Indian food!
We like shennai garden which is like a block from tiffin wallah, but yesterday, we craved tiffin wallah.

Oh so good!
We had the appetizer, something like ‘tiffin wallah sampler’, which was full of yummy fried food.
A little heavy for the kempers who don’t eat much fried food except French fries.

And I had bindhi Masala (tomato and okra one ) and Whitney had
…something spicy with potatoes and nuts.

He asked for extra spicy and later a guy working there came to talk to him if it was really what he wanted and see if it wasn’t too spicy,  no worries it was petfecto! We like it that way! ;)

I finished cooking before the rice was ready, so we went ahead and started eating!

Today’s menu is, bean sprout namul, asparagus namul, celery dumplings, clear soup with my dad’s seaweed, and natto for Meee.

Gochiso-samadeshita!

I gave a second chance to Orly nail polishes, and so far, the 2nd day, I’m liking it.
Thanks to the ladies that I randomly asked how they liked Orly nail polishes and told me they like Orly better than Essie.

My Essie ones would’ve already chipped by now on my right hand.

Famous in this household!
I make this a lot when I have portabellas. But this time, in addition to the usual marinating sauce, I sliced some sun dried tomatoes and put them in the sauce.

And it was the best one I’ve ever eaten!
I don’t measure when it comes to this recipe, but I put garlics, sea salt, 21 seasonings (no salt spices), thyme, cumin, balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar, sake, a bit of soy sauce, peppers, olive oil.

And marinate mushrooms in it for a few hours, I marinated it for a day,
And pour everything in pan and cook til the most of the sauce is evaporated.

Ahhhhhh heaven!
