I got inspired by our friend, Sarah Anne with doing green leopard, instead of gold and black leopard!

I reeeeeeally like it! I might just do all animal without polka dot from now on! :P

And I just had an aha! Moment about using this very thin white that I bought by mistake for the fingers in the middle.

I reeeeally like my nails this time! I did gooood, if I may say so myself! :P

He was SO big! I guess it’s not quite the owner’s fault, when it is a pet supply store Kitty who might sneak food all the time?

I would play with him intensely to give him exercise everyday if he was with me :P

Kimchi chigae! Both of us were craving it. It’s funny Whitney was more like “when are we going back to Asian food???”

We’re finally back on Asian food! It was soooooooo goooooooood!

And this cute little eggplants simmered in sweet soy sauce broth.

I still have more of those cute eggplants, more eggplant dishes to come this week! :)

We went to this Mexican Restaurant, Paquito’s last Saturday. (You can see how long Whit’s hair was :P) I was interested in this place because the menu I saw on line had many vegan options!

We had cactus tacos (good but I still question if cacti feel pain, so, I prob won’t eat it again), veggie taco, and veggie fajita. I hadn’t had veggie fajita since we moved to NY. Totally different from what I was used to at my favorite Mexican restaurants in Nashville,they are beyond AMAZING, but it was still good!

I would put their menupage menu here but I think the menu they have there is old, veggie fajita was like $7.99 on line but it was like $10.99. It was still cheap though. And we we couldn’t finish it, of course, so the leftover fed us at night too :)

BTW, their salsa was really yummy!

I feel like we accomplished a lot today, we finally got the vegan doughnuts! I had been craving them :P it was super good, but I won’t need them for like another 2 months or so. You can get those in several places, we had our first one at Lula’s sweet apothecary, our favorite vegan ice cream place, and it was super good. And today we went to Champs Family Bakeryin Brooklyn to get those vegan doughnuts!

This is banana nut flavor. Yummyyyy.

This is chocolate nut, we liked both but we liked this one better.

And I made my own recipe, vegan shepherd’s pie, from the leftovers. I used okra that I had left, but it was great :) The picture of what’s inside follows.

I even made gravy this time, from the Collard green juice, an’t that efficient!?:P

Chubby day! I really really need to go back on Japanese food this week. I think I’m starting to feel better enough to start cooking some food that is more labor intensive, hopefully! :) or I’ll get super big in a few weeks if I keep eating those food! :P
