Christmas Dinner!

Kempers Christmas dinner 2011! Thank you, little elf for helping me out with the meal big time! :)

• Collard Greens
• Whitney’s first biscuits!
• Vegan Mac’n Cheese by whitney
• Carrot Loaf
• and Vegan Carrot Cake (Macrobiotic recipe, no sugar!)

My first try at this vegan carrot loaf, I really liked it a lot! I can’t wait to eat a sandwich of this :)

And the carrot cake, no sugar just a few table spoons of maple syrup. It’s not a very sweet cake, but it was very very good with the sweetness of raisins!
